Title: Endlessly

Evie's paranormal past keeps coming back to haunt her. A new director at the International Paranormal Containment Agency wants to drag her back to headquarters. The Dark Faerie Queen is torturing humans in her poisonous realm. And supernatural creatures keep insisting that Evie is the only one who can save them from a mysterious, perilous fate.
The clock is ticking on the entire paranormal world. And its fate rests solely in Evie's hands. So much for normal.
I'm sadden to say that Endlessly is the last novel in the Paranormalcy trilogy. It was one bleeping crazy humorous ride! I'm really going to miss Evie and her fun loving friends and all their antics that come along with.
Evie is no longer the same girl we saw first in Paranormalcy, she's grown and matured into a wonderful selfless person, making huge sacrifices for the ones she loves in order to protect them. Evie hates the idea that she is just some pawn in the faeries games, that she has no choice in the matter, but sooner or later Evie has to make a choice as those she cares about are put in danger and the lives of the paranormal community lies in the decision Evie has to make. As Evie is the only one who can help them.
The mischievous Jack returns in Endlessly, and after his departure in Supernaturally Evie is not so forgiving. Jack has to prove himself trustworthy and that his intentions this time around are genuine. I was so happy to see Jack again, yes, his made his mistakes but he really proved himself a team player while being the charming guy he is along the way. Lend is the ever Mr Supportive Boyfriend, always letting Evie making her own choices and showing her love and confidence whenever Evie is in need. Oh, lets not forget the dashing Reth! I'll admit that I do hold a small crush on the manipulative faerie! Reth isn't the exact bad guy everyone paints him out to be, we learn some shocking information about the personal sacrifices his made that makes us realizes that Reth isn't that bad after all.
Crazy situations such as Evie being captured by the IPCA, Raquel on trial for treason and the faeries going to extreme lengths to get their empty one, their was never a dull moment in this page turner. Oh and not to mention a jaw dropping revelation about two characters past realationship that should of been really obvious to me but wasn't will certainly leave you questioning why you didn't see it coming.
Flirty. Crazy. Adventures. Endlessly was a magical delight to read and a very satisfying conclusion. If you haven't picked up this trilogy yet I highly recommend that you do.

Review: Supernaturally
Title: Supernaturally
Author: Kiersten White
Series: Paranoramlcy #2

Evie finally has the normal life she’s always longed for. But she’s shocked to discover that being ordinary can be...kind of boring. Just when Evie starts to long for her days at the International Paranormal Containment Agency, she’s given a chance to work for them again. Desperate for a break from all the normalcy, she agrees.
But as one disastrous mission leads to another, Evie starts to wonder if she made the right choice. And when Evie’s faerie ex-boyfriend Reth appears with devastating revelations about her past, she discovers that there’s a battle brewing between the faerie courts that could throw the whole supernatural world into chaos. The prize in question? Evie herself.
So much for normal.
When Evie realizes that high school is nothing like her drama filled favorite television show Easton Heights with cat fights everyday, secret relationships and gossip to die for, Evie regretfully finds her new life boring. She misses the excitement the IPCA gave her, and above all the sense of importance that she was contributing something good into the world. Evie finds herself torn and starts going on missions again with the IPCA behind the backs of the ones she cares about. Relationships are put to the test in this suspenseful yet wisecracking sequel, a combination that only Kiersten White could pull off.
In Supernaturally were introduced to a new character named Jack, a very peculiar boy with a very strange ability that lets him pop in at the most uncanny moments. Jack grew up with faeries and shares Evie's dislike for them. Jack was a huge comedic relief and I was happy that he appeared in many chapters, his charismatic and dare-devil attitude made many moments more lighthearted something that I was thankful for. The romance between Evie and Lend is not a highlight in this book as Lend if off at college leaving Evie still hanging in high school. Reth our favorite charming faerie also makes a startling reappearance in Evie life, bringing along with him jaw dropping revelations that changes Evie's life forever.
It was fascinating to see the plot unravel and just when you think you know something everything is changed, with new information coming to light conclusions are drawn and new questions are raised. With countless misunderstandings you'll be edge of your seat clawing through the pages to find out if Evie's and Lend's relationship will last. Especially if Lends supposedly meant to be immortal just like his mother. Add to the fact that unusual paranormals are popping up everywhere causing all kinds of trouble it only adds to the list of things Evie has to worry about.
Another sassy and humorous read from Kiersten White! I recommend this series to anyone who's looking for a fun lighthearted book because Evie and her friends have got that down-packed.

Review: Paranormalcy
Title: Paranoramlcy

Evie's always thought of herself as normal. Sure her best friend is a mermaid, her ex-boyfriend is a faerie, she's falling for a shapeshifter and she's the only person who can see through paranormals' glamours, but still. Normal.
Only now paranormals are dying and Evie's dreams are filled with haunting voices and mysterious prophecies. She begins to suspect there is a link between her abilities and the sudden rash of deaths, and even worse, that she is at the center of a dark prophecy promising destruction to all paranormal creatures.
Honestly where do I start? I've been meaning to read Paranormalcy for ages now and I'm glad I bumped it up on my TBR pile because it was utterly hilariously lighthearted read that literally had me laughing out loud!
Evie was mysteriously found at the age of 3 wandering around naked in a forest, since then she's been through the dreadful system of foster-care. Until one day, little 8 year old Evie has the unfortunate delight of an encounter with a vampire and can see through the veil of his glamour to his true corpse like form. Evie now sixteen works with the International Paranormal Containment Agency, bagging and tagging all paranormal's that threaten the exposure of the supernatural to the human world.
Evie's a pretty cool character, one that'll make you laugh your stomach into fits with her adorable and naive outlook on life. I think this is the first book I've ever read that's aimed in the YA genre that actually got it right. While most books these days are about growing teens that have aspects of an Adult book, Paranormalcy you'll see is for Young Adults and straight away within the first paragraph you will notice the difference between other YA books you might have read. Evie's personality reflects throughout the duration of the novel and sets that tone of immaturity and hopeful thinking that young ones get caught up in.
One constant trouble throughout Paranormalcy was the faeries! There's one particular fey called Reth that cause all kinds of trouble for Evie and her friends. Reth constantly advances towards Evie wanting to fill her up with some magical fire like liquid! I think that certainly comes under the 'all kinds of trouble' sign. Evie tries her hardest to avoid Reth but that is easier said then done as faeries are manipulative and cheeky. Then there's the gorgeous Lend who happens to be a shapeshifter and the troublesome person who broke into the IPCA just around the time paranormals started dropping dead.
With a dangerous mysterious creature on the loose Evie is forced on a high stakes mission with life altering decisions to find out who this killer is and why herself just may be connected to it in some twisted way. Paranormalcy was fun and hilarious, it was a breath of fresh air from your regular YA books!
